1. Non-Returnable Products

All products sold on this website are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once delivered.

Due to the nature of cosmetic raw materials, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, improper usage, formulation failure, or dissatisfaction with results.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns will only be accepted in the following case:

If a wrong product has been delivered compared to what was ordered.

To be eligible for return:

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

These materials must be properly diluted and formulated before application.

Buyers are responsible for understanding proper usage, formulation guidelines, and safety testing before use.

We strongly recommend patch testing and professional consultation before incorporating any ingredient into cosmetic formulations.

O ROOTS HEALTHCARE shall not be held responsible for any misuse, improper formulation, or direct application of raw materials.

4. Return Process

If you receive a wrong product, please follow these steps:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery via email or customer support.

Provide order details and photographic proof of the incorrect product.

Once approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to our return address.

5. Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for shipping the product back to our address.

The product must be securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

6. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

7. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Product has been opened, used, or tampered with

Return request made after 48 hours of delivery
